Starzhive is a personal AI for neurodiverse families.
It learns your child by name. It grows with them. It works 24/7. So you can stop being your child's full-time researcher, behaviour tracker, and case manager — and get back to being their parent.
1 in 36 children is diagnosed with autism. Families face years-long therapy waitlists, fragmented services, fragmented records, and the impossible job of acting as the only person who actually remembers their child across every appointment, every transition, every meltdown.
When we asked parents what they were stuck on, seven answers came up again and again:
So we built one product that does seven things — quietly, in the background, every day.
Three steps. Then your AI grows with your family.
1. Tell us about your child. Seven short questions: name, age, diagnosis, therapies, challenges, strengths, goals. About five minutes. You can update it any time.
2. Log meltdowns, milestones, and questions as they happen. Every entry teaches the AI. After a few weeks it sees patterns in your child's behaviour you wouldn't catch alone — fluorescent-light meltdowns clustering at 4pm, OT focus times improving week over week, sleep regressions correlating with new sensory input.
3. Ask anything, any time. At 2am, before an IEP, after a hard day. Get pattern reports, prep briefs, connections to similar parents, research summaries. Crisis hotlines one tap away if things escalate.
Four design pillars that we treat as non-negotiable:
Tier-3 messages indicating immediate risk of self-harm route through a hardcoded keyword scan to real hotlines (988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline; Crisis Text Line — text HOME to 741741) — never through an AI. Hallucination rates are acceptable for "draft an email." Not for "I want to die."
Every IEP brief, monthly report, and behavioural insight is grounded in your child's actual data. We do not invent statistics, dates, quotes, or events. A second AI pass fact-checks against the source. If something can't be supported, we skip it — we don't make it up.
If we can't surface something genuinely helpful, we don't surface anything. When the research backend is down, we skip the daily digest rather than send hardcoded tips. When no relevant local services exist, we say so instead of making them up. Parents notice filler — and trust dies one filler at a time.
We don't sell it. We don't show ads. We don't train external models on it. You can export, correct, or delete your child's profile, conversations, and behavioural logs at any time. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
